she acctually is pretty amazing she had a disease called celiax, basicly an autoammune response to gluten and would kill her body, she had it for 30 years, her glycemic level was 20, that how much % of the food you absorb a normal persons is around 90 or above. she felt weak, nd stuggeled, her stomach has no hydrocloric acid, thyroid basicly is non existant, villi in intestine is destoryed, she had breast cancer, an inbalence(huge imbalence) in tons f brain hormons and yet a year after all the surgeries and med (which shes stil on) and breast cancer surgery, she has ran a half marathon and runs from 4- 10 miles A DAY and in the summer will bike on avverage like 15 miles and twice every week go for over 30 or 40. somtimes 50.

EMB, your mother is incredable. If I had celiax I'm sure I'd struggle choosing what to eat and if I had breast cancer I think I'd have a fit. Tell her I think she's a saint! I respect her a lot for all that, the cycling alone was enough to amaze me. Best hopes she gets through the whole medicine thing fine.

Meanwhile, I'm going crazy in Britain! It's pitch black here by half past 3pm so when I get home I can't cycle and on weekends it keeps hailstoning. Last night I ran round and round my living room from 9pm until 12: 30am. All the rest of my family were sleeping, not realizing ha. I had way too much energy left! To think I wouldn't have this problem if I was alowed a simple excercise bike. I usually do 6 miles a day so that's cheered me up anyway. I feel hyper right now even, I'm off to go run around like crazy in my house again...

I like football and American football. I blow at all other sports so I play American football for the collisions. Because sports like football and basketball are contact sports but football is a collision sport.
