My new jackson js32t rhoads guitar have the jackson pickups it's rising up and i don't know if it should be rising higher than the fretboard or not and when i go to the 19,20,21,22,23 and 24 frets they buzz on the high e string and on the low e string string (same frets) doesn't even produce any sound!!!!!

Your pickups should not be higher than the fretboard. Your fret board has a radius. That's why your high and low E string are buzzing on the higher frets. Lower your pickups by turning the screws on the sides clockwise. This should get rid of this problem.
