It always seem I have this blockage in my throat, it's like flem and I can't seem to get rid of it. Ive had it for a really long time but it seems like its holding me back a nice bit from my singing. When I swallow I can feel it in the middle of my throat. I try clearing my throat all the time but it just stays there still.
Does anyone else have this problem or has had it? And if so how do u get rid of it?

I have the same thing, And I don't really know what it is.. But I've heard people doing surgeries to get rid of something in their throats/nose, I'm not sure if it's the same thing we're talking about tho lol.

Do you smoke? Eat a lot of processed foods? Inflammation is the primary cause of this chronic condition. Your body is fighting toxins and trying to get rid of them through your digestive and respitory systems. A whole lot of us have this problem due to our diet. Allergies cause this too but sometimes we find that we are allergic to our own diet!

I haven't smoked once in my life, my parents smoke though so I guess that second hand crap is getting in there. And I'm not big on processed foods, I don't have that very often. I'm thinking it's also the cause of my bad breath in the morning too but idk. I've had it for years now and it gets pretty annoying at times. I'm going to go to the doctor soon to see if they can find out what it is.

I drink a nice bit of milk, could that be it?

I'm not a doctor of course but yeah it could be the milk. Dairy, especially milk, is mucous forming. That's not necessarily a bad thing for your overall health but it could definitely be the cause of your throat problem.
