if so, what do you like to practice throughout the week?
What do you think is the most important thing?

Though what I mean by jam-I practice material that I know typically, but I sometimes run through my usual scales and such for technique upkeep.

I can't keep a regimented practice routine since guitar isn't a chore and doesn't need to feel like one.

I spend a lot of time just messing around but I make sure that each day I try to do at least half an hour actually practising what is important: scales, theory, chords, technique and exercises. I do it in whatever order I feel like so I don't get bored.
