Rituals

Is there anything special you do before pllaying
guitar? Something you like too eat or drink? A lucky charm
a prayer? Any kind of ritual you do before you play?

Just curious.

I was making a joke. I just don't have any rituals. But the song "Birth Ritual" by Soundgarden is pretty bad ass.

I eat a non-spicy meal three hours before, and try to get to the rink at least a half hour early so I have a lot of time to stretch, while I put on my goalie pads.

Goalie pads to play guitar? That's a whole new kind of brutal \m/

I clear my mind.
Then I forget what I was doing, put the guitar away, and go to sleep.

Then when I wake up, I pray to my flying v then play my strat.
