@Empirism Thanks dude, I actually feel it's kinda lame. Glad you liked it man, makes it worth while. I just got lucky with a 1 4 5 BT. You did pretty good yourself. That jazz track would be hard to follow.

My votes for huntERHAH,He has a good sense
of melody and some tasty licks.

@hunterhah It sounded cool and good but after
around 2:15 It started sounding a litle thin
and offbeat,but great stuff,got my vote +1

No - it's still open, but would have been cool if people kept to the deadline!

Post any videos you want... If people still want to take part I'll send them the jam tracks!

Also - I don't think we should vote JUST yet!

I know man! You and a bunch of others missed out on the fun! :(

Eh... We can vote if you want... I'll just make another challenge soon anyway. Just sucks that people say they'll do something and don't do it! :/

Here are the numbers for all challenges...
Challenge 1....6 out of 15
Challenge 2....4 out of 15
Challenge 3....No numbers given - 6 Participants(Jazz posted 2 entries)
Challenge 4....4 out of 10
I know people get busy but the numbers should be higher. IMO

I have to say that I failed epicly at making anything that could work with the backing track. I resign. I need more practice at this kind of thing.

In my previous post I was not in any way trying to be offensive. I was just thinking that, since some of us GET BUSY, maybe if there are 15 numbers give them out to more people. Duplication would not be bad. We could see how players apply different ideas and techniques over the same back track. Also if more numbers are chosen we could get more participants. And remember these are just for fun. No one expects perfection.

So I was gonna fix the audio recording, but for some reason I ***ed up the encoding process... so the only way you can listen to it is the raw form.

Lots of mistakes, completely improv. This is the 3rd time I've heard the track, and the 2nd recording attempt. Since everyone was on my ass about not submitting a track on time, here we go.

Fourth Music Challenge Entry: Jeff Casarona

It's not perfect, and there are some little gems in there... but you can really see my inexperience with electric guitar shining.

The little gems are what makes the Challenges worth while.
