Acrylic body

Does anybody know if acrylic body guitars are expensive or any good?.I thought of buying a B.C.RICH WARLOCK ACRYLIC.Approx.price.

looks like the Warlock is being discontinued from the websites i've seen. Price is under $700 American dollars. The material used in making an electric guitar is less important than the woods used in an acoustic. At the same time the electronics play a much more important role.
