i admit his right hand is pretty fast.
he must of had a lot of practice moving his right hand very quickly...
as for the whole (fast = good) thing...
i think its more about being expressive and having some finesse but that's just me
not really a style of guitar i would be inspired to learn for anything other than novelty value... could be useful to annoy the 14 year old bedroom metal kid that's always mechanically chugging away when i go into a guitar center or sam ash. |

Don't get too humble. You are still the Master Phipper. If you type justin beaver in your search engine and select images you can find hundreds of these. I just know how to save and upload so the true artist of this masterpiece is unknown.
Back to the subject....GMG and everyone has a right to their opinion but when it comes to the best or real guitarist this is my opinion. The best guitarist is someone that can play everyone else's licks but no one can even come close to playing their's. I have not seen this guy yet!!! Eddie VH created something new and at the time he was thought to be the best but now his stuff is so overdone that it's almost considered old school. my point is you don't have to be the best but it helps to be creative and original.
