I hate Jesus and all religion overall.

...I'm not really a religious person(more spiritual) but is this entirely necessary? I mean to each his own, but I don't think that this needs to be shared here...

Hate to some subject that I assume you never met personally or even know a history enough to know what subject you hate anyway and then you hate religion overall... what religion, do you hate all religion? are you ateist?...aaa you cant be ateist either, because if you hate Jesus, you prove that you believe Jesus exist, because you hate it.

Therefore, I wonder what did Jesus Did that you hate him and lead you to hate religion overall, I assume that there are two possibilities, you hate Jesus because he never did anything to your good or... you hate him because you dont understand him (that leads to fear factor in mind actually) when you post it to some forums to seek desperately other people who fear or...hate like you say too. But sadly no sanctuary here m8, you have to face it to yourself.

But first, you should make clear to yourself atleast, what are you hating anyway...because I believe you dont know it well enough. Do you know that satanists are religious people? they have to be if they believe lucifer.

Well, religion do most of the time good things to people (yes we know history that not always), but I know personally dozen people who actually live today because of church and some kind priests that understood their suffering and tried help them without any personal interests. If that is the thing why I should hate religion overall, is kinda stupid. And I believe you know it too. Since in this forum like in people overall, have people who are religious and believe god, those who not and those who hope that they could believe.

So to honor those people, I hope this thread is goin to deleted (and actually I know that will happen anyway) And you m8, learn a lesson. You have right to your own opinion, but please think about the situation and subject next time little longer.

This type of thread being started warrants far more than a thread deletion, it needs to have OP banned. Not because of his beliefs, but because he makes a post that has a sole intent to anger and incite people and take away from the great community of AGC.

you see this is how evil spreads and why admiral is correct i shouldnt have been offensive.but when someone says they hate something i like i somehow feel the need to defend it,he said hated jesus and religion,but i love jesus and religion,its kinda like somebody insulting your mother,you love her but someone else hates her and insults her,so i guess you would feel obliged too defend her? no?

That is an interesting point..I am using my mother as an example in order to not offend anyone here (haha)..I also love my mother, but imagine the situation that one day, she drove a car when she was drunk and drove over your little son (imagining we we were all parents)..
If I would be the father of that little boy, I would probably do anything but love this woman who killed him.
What would you do? Would you not understand the father who "hates" your mother?

Of course, this is a highly hypothetical scenario, but it could well be. And If we apply the whole thing to religion, I do seriously not want to know how many people have been harmed by religion (actually not religion itself, more the people itself) over the last few thousands of years.

I just want to make sure that I think this thread is not really necessary, and I wouldn't have answered to it, if it wouldnt have been for all the reactions. But the whole situation is actually quite interesting. And I do not intend to offend anyone in their religious freedom here if anyone should feel insulted.

Admiral you are 100% correct. As I said, I am Christian but Sweden's comment did not bother me. I believe everyone has the right to believe whatever they want. I would rather people not post their opinions HERE. I come here to learn and discuss mainly musical issues. I would never try to preach to anyone but I don't want my beliefs to be shot down either. If you look at Sweden's topics I have helped answer some of his questions and would still do the same no matter what different views we hold.

Tolerance is a two way street.
As others have said, this is probably not the best chosen subject for a guitar forum but it's not the first or last time that unusual subjects will come up.
As for me; I will exercise my option to ignore this thread.

yeah i agree with Mosh, although i was slightly offended. i mean you can't just suddenly out of the blue say you hate something without giving any reasons why.

now i'm sure if for some reason you want to talk about it, i'm sure some of us (or your mom?) would be happy to discuss it, over PM or email, not on here.
