Hi bassman,
from the Guitar Grimoire books (i highly recommend)
diminished = 1, b3, b5
half-diminished = 1, b3, b5, b7
Q3 = 1, 4, b7

Phip
(in case you should ask......the "b" means that you flat the note)

Phip, what does the Q3 stand for?? Is it quartered triad, my guess since you are making a triad with every fourth note???

MoshZilla,
Q = Quartal
you can google it and find some information. basically you are building the chords around perfect fourths.
try some on your own.
