True bypassing

I want to true bypass my Crybaby (GCB-95), but before I buy a new switch, what needs to be changed out? Just the switch, or some other junk on the motherboard?

you can look it up, i did it, finally succesfully, buy a 3dpdt switch and some insulated wire, soldering iron. and solder, and its a relativly easy thing to do.

some say to remove the input buffer, some say not to, some remove some other things... ect, etc...
Nowhere can give me a straight answer, and im confused.
