Ok, in this thread drawing from the epic knowledge of the all-guitar-chords.com community we can try and figure out what effects are being used by a guitarist in a song:

i'll go first, i want my guitar to sound like this:

a fuzz pedal? I can't really tell since it's a little distorted from the camera mic being overloaded with sound.
Sounds like a good amount of fuzz into the amp. Whether that amp is already overdriven or not, I don't know, I can't really tell, but it sounds like he's using just one maybe two pedals tops here.

yeah the camera sbeing overloaded, sounds like a nice overdrice or fuzz...

check out the skreddy pig mine, tone benders, and some overdrives.

yeah but i wouldnt suggest to get a electro big muff... people like marc alphs from skreddy make much better more dynamic versions of them.
