1st position major 7th chords?

does anyone know of a good video or tab that can show me how to play all the major 7th chords? thanks :)

my guitar teacher showed me this the other day. it's mostly about the different voicings of the minor 7th chords, but i like the principle behind it :

basically from here you can raise or lower the 3rd 5th or 7th to create any number of chords (including major 7th). he had me start on the second one from the left. basically there are four voicings of C minor 7th down the fretboard. a good practice that i believe is listed in the instructions is to play the first voicing of Cm7, then move up 2 frets to Dm7, then play the next voicing of Cm7 and repeat through them all.

i think it's a good exercise to learn all the different possible fingerings for the same chord.
