My band needs some feedback

I gave it a listen but I really and a tough time with the sound quility being was it was. The songs seemed OK but the vocals seemed to go out of key (like I'm one to talk) over all good effort but keep playing and practicing.

Good ideas, but you guys need to improve. The timing is off and like Tele said, the vocals are quite wavey - even though that's an effect, fall back into the note and not slightly off and it'll sound better.

Cool songs though, just keep practicing and it'll be great.

In my honest opinion, the distortion sounds like beginner's distortion - too grungy and only there to hide that player's mistakes. During that musician's practice time he should practice on clean settings and work on his timing.

Yeah i would say,the singer is kinda "Meh"..you know,,get a better one,also i hear your songs are kinda old school,wich is not bad,BUT,why not to try to do something different? just keep practicing and creating!!

i agree with most of this, except a few things
yeah the distortion sounding bad isnt to hide the players mistakes, my guitar players really great, it just is blurred cause my track recorder is a real cheap home recording, the studio demo is the only glimpse of how wed sound cleaned up
yeah i sing ha i do need alot of practice but eh
and as far as old school, we dont really go for any genre, i mean me and my baby is a 50s love song, breakdown deo sounds like an early metal song, skin deep i guess would be labeled alternative, we have alot of variety, i think you judged us on a glance alex
