Hay This is Tony from American Arrogance ive Been playing guitar for over 15 years and i figured id share some knowledge with the world im not really going to put songs up there just sum simple guitar tricks to keep a heavy sound i tune 1-1/2 step down then go to drop tuning drop B if u will i used this sort of a thing in a song called baptized by whiskey www.myspace.com/americanarrogance

Simplicitee i like simple riffs because of the crushing sound eventually ill get into sumore difficult stuff here is aprogresion heard in alot of Black Label Society that i use in my own personal writing to in songs such as raise bottles and Psycoma

simple chromatics puting note or chords in sucession is an easy way to get a heavy sound i used this sort of thing in cannibal jesus psycoma and killer bottle

Droped full chord formation an easy habbit to get into when drop tuning is to forget there is 3 more strings on the guitar here is a chord form to help open doors back up to the rest of the guitar this chord is moveable anywhere on the guitar as a bar chord to
