How are you liking computer engineering? I've decided on engineering, but I'm pretty leery on picking a specialization.

i dont play games lol.

i play Halo 3 and Call of Duty occasionally, mostly when friends are over. or theres nothing else to do

I love Computer Engineering. Of course, engineering leaves very little time for a social life, but you can make it by.

Most schools have a very good General Engineering program for first year students, so you can make a good decision of what type of engineering you would want to pursue.

I started at Civil, moved to Electrical, and finalized on Computer Engineering. However, most of my tech electives in Computer Engineering cross to the Electrical side.

In the end, I wouldn't have it any other way :)

I'm pretty sure I'm going to be doing quite a few summer classes too due to my secondary major in French, so I kind of expected the "no social life" thing. I'm thinking Aerospace or Computer right now, but my interests are actually kind of pushing more towards a pure Physics major.

Same here except all my free time I devote to guitar because my band mates are always coming up with new songs.

Once in a while I'll play FIFA online (PS3). I'm pretty good, especially at defense.

i don't have a gaming system, but when my brother and his friends come back from college i sometimes play with them.
