sheet music help

im having problems writing out a song i wrote into sheet music, i just cannot get the timing stuff right. i can play the song to a metronome, but i cant write it out for the life of me, so if i recorded it somehow and put it on here could someone write it out for me? if it helps any i could post tabs as well as a video

What exactly are you struggling with? Do you just not know the staff very well for sheet music? Do you not know what octave you are playing in? Is it just the timing? If you can play it with a metronome, mark each beat on the staff and write what you play in between each beat. It is frustrating and time consuming, but you'll get it slowly.

i think its mostly the timing. okay so on the metronome on this site, if i put it at 120bpm, if i play 3 notes every 'tock'. what notes are they? like 16th notes, etc. thats pretty much what is confusing me, the rest i think i can figure out with guitar pro

They would be triplet 8th notes.
