I'm more into solid body electrics than semi-hollow or hollow ones. I also like steel-string acoustic. Mine has no electronics in it, but I may get one if I ever start gigging.

well i have many "fav" guitars, for diff things of course. i love the rich bright sound of a steel acoustic especially when im playing acoustic songs that require it, but for most of what i play i use the solid body, i dont like the holllow cause theyr pretty huge to play gigs with and i guess i never really tryed them, but passed them as too bluesy or jazzy. i would really like to own a nylon though. i want to learn classical guitar when i can get good at learing everything about it, id want to play some classical stuff.

You wold be suprised.

I'm pretty sure my epiphone dot weighs a lot less than my brothers epiphone Les Paul custom and i think thickness wise it's thinner. but the wings and back behind the bridge is bigger. I think it's real comfortable to play.

I think my lp is the heaviest guitar I have played. It's even heavier than the gibson lps that I have played.

I like accoustics best. I think that electrics are still pretty good but they're not my thing, they're noise usually makes me hate the song it's playing. But not that I hate them.

a Good classical guitar sounds better than steel string acoustics. Nothing beats the sustain and crunch of a solidbody electric.
