Shouldn't the Judges choose a song? Because everyone should start from scratch.

dee is classical, not country/western/60s/50s.

@jazzy: nah b/c sme ppl may not know how to play that song or somthing.

That's why all of the judges make a decision, and choose something simple enough.

It wouldn't really be fair if someone's been pracicing endlessly a song they're going to perform, and the others don't have as long to perfect it.

poll it? we could do a poll for each genre they want to play have some people make suggestions of songs and have other decide what would be good also goo idea marking it all by the same song that way we (the judges) have an easier job deciding a winner

Personally i think the song should be the contestants choice. The judges should judge on playing ability. Play something you want to play and the judges will decide if you played it well. yes/no?

i like phips idea better.. cuz tabs just dont make alot of sense to me.. i cant learn really anything unless its showed to me part by part

IO agree with Phip, because what I do [the metal/hard rock] I can mostly only play what I make myself, not much of anything else, I just don't like copy-catting others unless it a totally awsome riff.

So, can each of you play your own song, within that genre? Or do you all want to do one single song? It'd be better if you all did what you wanted, that way you could all give it your all.
