Well which kind of traingin you prefer? when training do you continue playing when you do mistake, or do you stop it right there and start over? I heard both of those used, but which one could be better?

If you have other styles to train or tips, Im grateful, thanks.

depends really. if im practising a song ill try and carry on and pick it up later but with technique i stop if i make a mistake. if i carry on then im only practising playing it wrong and storing that in my muscle memory.

Usually I take songs piece by piece, then put them together once I've got each section mastered.

I kinda do the same things
If I am learning a song I learn a certain part of it, then keep learning it part by part, but if it is a real easy song I just play it and if I make a mistake I just go shrug it off and keep playing

Well you can stop. I would not stop right away though. Just keep playing to the end of the section. The last thing you need is to be in the habit of stopping. Particularly if you intend to be performing. If you stop while performing your dead.

Also for improvisation what seems at the time to be a large error can turn into interesting music with a good resolve. Sometimes I'll even repeat mistakes and make them part of the music.

Yeah, Ive done couple gig's with my band (party band without any real talents), and I do improvisation all the time to compensate errors. It really helps and I call it as "artistic error".
