Resolution
E|----7---------------------0[12]--|
b|------8-----7--------------------|
g|--------9-----8-----9---9--------|
d|----------------9---7---9--------|
a|--------------------8---7--------|
e|--9-------8-------7---0----------|

C#7 half-diminished -> B add b9 -> FMaj7(b5) -> E Power 5

You can play it in block chords, but I prefer to put a bluesy feel to it (I think the stair step pattern makes it feel like it's moving more towards resolution) and turn the C, F#, and D# into a triplet (I think I'm describing that correctly). Then hold the FMaj7(b5) for a moment be resolving on E Power 5. The bracketed 12th fret with an open string before it represents a slap harmonic. Just smack the E string at the 12th fret (be careful not to mute it when you do the Power 5). Striking as close as you can to fret between 12 and 13 seems to produce the best harmonic for me.

EDIT:
I'm combining it with a verse that goes like this, partly inspired by the Pink Panther Theme Song (It follows a similar progression, but the turn around is turned on its head):

Phrase 1 Phrase 2
E|-----------------|--------8-------10--|
b|--------7-----8--|--------8-------9---|
g|--------8-----9--|--5/6-----9-8-7-9---|
d|--5/6---------9--|--6/7-----------8---|
a|--6/7------------|--7p0-0---------9---|
e|--7p0-0---8-9----|--------------------|

Phrase 1B
E|------------8/7-------6-6-----------[12]--|
b|--------7---8/7-------5-5-------5-5-------|
g|--------8---9---------5-5-------4-4-------|
d|--5/6-------9---------5-5-------5-5-------|
a|--6/7---------------------------4-4-------|
e|--7p0-0---8-----5/6-6-----6/5-5-----------|

The 12th fret in brackets is just a plain 'ole natural harmonic.

So the lick goes something like:

Phrase 1 x2
Phrase 2 x1
Phrase 1 x1
Phrase 1B x1
Phrase 1 x2
Resolution

Phew!
Whatcha think?

E--7--------------|
b--8---7----------|
g--9---8---9---9--|

WALL. OF. TEXT.

Seriously, even tab confuses me.

I'm kinda like Kurt Cobain, minus the drug addiction.

Well, it's like Kindergarten. Just start slow and sound it out. Keep in mind that I use my thumb to play the bass of most of my chords.

Maybe I'll post a sound clip.

Also, I'm not really concerned about the verse, I just thought I'd throw that in there to give context to the resolution.
