Yeah, this poll is missing rock and metal, and I'm also not keen on funk and jazz being grouped together - you can hardly say RHCP fall into a jazz category! But instrumental rock is my favourite, pretty much followed by everything else.

I wouldn't say they fall into the funk category though either. They blend the line between funk and rock a lot. I'm glad that Funk and Jazz are combined, because those are my two favorite genres!

I guess Metal or Rock. But I'm trying to hear more styles of music now, to see if there are other bands that I like that I've never heard before.

If you like blues, you should listen to the Dirty Pretty Things, theyre Indie, but you can hear blues in their songs too.

Yes but at the time they weren't allowed to have profanity in the album names, if I remember correctly what I saw on Heavy: The Story of Metal.

So they called the album Kill 'Em All... as in "Kill All The Record Companies" :D

I tend to like the bands that are rock 'n roll, but influenced by blues. Your Zeppelins, Stones, etc.

Pusher, you mean if Metallica hadn't have kicked Dave out.
If they didn't, I think it would be either better or worse. Because if he was with them there might not have been Megadeth (bad). But if he was still with them they could be an actually GOOD Metallica... that's good.

Because Megadeth hasn't made enough money to not tour yet! Haha! Just kidding, I really don't know anything about either band, except I used to listen to Metallica, but Ride the Lightning is really the only one that I enjoyed every track of.

America needs a dose of Metal. WTF is this Maroon 5 shite? or Super Emo Troopers. Gigantour seems to give Metal a breather. Metallica was always more mainstream than Megadeth and its evident in EVERY RECORD after Kill Em All. I think if Dave wasnt kicked out, he would have left eventually.
BTW Metal has very discriminating qualifications. NuMetal and Slipknot is NOT METAL! although some of it is good.

You guys forgot Country.

Country is bullshit its like putting Rap on here, but true NuMetal is the shitty sister of Rap Metal which is th retard monkey child of Metal
