Shit, Guitar got me all kinds of places allways got into the field partys for free(but i'd have to play) and it took me all the way to Calf. to play in the studio and of course all kinds of girls....LMAO

Notim: I don't play guitar because it's a universal language, I was just justifying why playing music is so important with information. Most people *do* like music in some form or other, you can't deny that.

My mom tried to get me to take piano lessons when I was in elementary school, but I wanted to learn a bowed instrument (violin, viola, cello, etc.). For some reason she didn't like that idea, so I didn't learn either :( Now, in retrospect, I would've been fine with piano.

my mom never pushed me but pretty well anytime she can afford it I get a new instrument and some lessons

I started because I have always love guitar music as long as I can remember.

I also started because i wanted to prove to myself that i was good at something. and i cant think of anything greater than playing in a band with a live audience and being a houshold name. so i guess i kinda am in it for the fame. (wow not even in a band and already im a sell out lol)

lol , hell i'm not good around people at all(surprised?)lol but agree with playing live as long as i dont have to talk to anyone.....lol and Doz ...dude i was jokin with ya you should know me better than that.

The reason I first started playing guitar is I had some cash and my parents were pushing me to spend it on something(were afraid I was getting rich or something)and I first didn't know what to do with it, so I was thinkin and thinkin and thinkin, and this friend of mine had just started to play and he was gettin all those friends and stuff, and because I didn't have so much friends and was pretty much considered a geek I bought a guitar, and pretty much Loved it very quick.
