Tuesday's Gone, like you other guys have said, is very sad. It always reminds me of hopping a train never to return... or something like that. I talked to some of my friends about that song until 3 A.M. at one point-that was a great time.
On the single cd 'Tears Don't Fall' theres a bullet cover of it and yes I know it was originally done by Metallica I am a Metallica fan >:|
to be honest I didn't like them at all until about a month ago haha, but yeah quiet a few of there songs get to me right now..
it is amazing lyrics, clapton has a version of it too thats not as hard core as GnR but not as folky as Dylan, clapton's version is a good middle ground
i put some thought to this, the best i could come up with would pobly be pat benatarss hell is for children
ive never been abused when i was young but you have to realize
children areour future and its probly best not to fuck with our future
I would have to agree with you there Emp, almost everyone song I listen to touchs me in some form of emotional connection but there are some exceptions that touch me more at times, like the list I did before they touch me less now then they did then but still do.
At the moment these are pretty big touches:
Nofx - Falling In Love
Mostly due to the lyrics: 'Death don't seem so bad, when I'm with you'
Nofx - You Bleedings
Pretty much all the lyrics -.-
Pennywise - BroHymn
Third Verse
Ramones - Blitzkreig Bob
The lyric: 'Hey Ho, Lets Go!' Has a very strong connection with alot of emotional pain so...yeah...
There's probably more I'm just to fucked to find the others that stand out right now..

"Landing in London" & "Here Without You" -3 Doors Down
Anything off the Staind album, Dysfunction. The lyrics in those songs, fit certain parts of my life that i wish i could forget.
After listening to Wonderwall recently, for the gazillionth time, of course, I found that it really makes me feel something. I don't know if it's sadness, happiness, or what, but that song exudes pure emotion.
Oh yeah, I have a new one now,
Seven by Vagiant
Cause it makes me think of a good friend of mine.
Except the lyrics "boy" and "girl" should be changed to the opposite gender, since my friend is a girl aha
