Bend the F (10) up a whole step and bring it back down with the tapped C (17) then pull off to the A# (15). Bend the F (10) up a whole step again, tap and pull off the A# (15) back to the F (10), while keeping the it bent up a whole step, the bring it back down and slide up the G (12).
